Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. You will receive an email with the gift card details, which you can use as a coupon code at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
If you haven't received your store credit within 7 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
All orders, including pre-orders, must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that submitting a cancellation request within this timeframe does not guarantee cancellation, as processing may begin immediately after the order is placed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our gifts cards are between $25-$500 We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance/sales items, as these are final sales. If clearance items are returned, they will either be sent back to you or incur a 50% restocking fee
