Do you allow returns and exchanges?
Yes, we are happy to accept returns of any unworn garment with all security tags and labels. Returns must be initiated within 14 working days of receiving the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a store credit
We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

We can custom to customers' preferred length on our ready-to-wear clothing listed on our website.
How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond within 24 hrs. Office hours- Monday- Friday, 9 am-5 pm CST. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Next Day/Overnight Shipping
Next-day orders placed after 12PM CST Thursday will most likely be delivered the following Monday.
How long will it take to process and deliver my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, except for pre-orders. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 4-7 business days, with expedited options available. International shipping generally takes 7-10 business days, though customs delays may occur.
